We are a group of experienced, specialist consultants and subject matter experts who built our skills at top-tier strategy, engineering and environmental consulting firms and in the industry.
We bring diverse skills with deep sectoral knowledge gained from projects for multinationals, national operators, conglomerates, investors including private equity and infrastructure funds.
We are primarily focused on the strategic shifts, trends and regulations influencing ESG, Energy Transition and Sustainability.
We are authentic in how we work and how we collaborate with our clients to deliver results.
We collaborate with clients to help them navigate through the challenges of energy transition, uncertainties of technology, and the complexity of regulations to transform themselves and build sustainability-driven advantages
ESG is here to stay. As disclosure requirements mature, firms will be held accountable for their ESG performance. Investors, in turn, will be scrutinized for investing responsibly in assets that deliver on ESG promises. Eventually, firms will have to compete on ESG to gain access to capital, talent, suppliers and customers.
We work with clients across ESG maturity levels to achieve their targets. We help our clients from making the case for ESG to developing full ESG strategy with targets, roadmaps and bring a comprehensive database of metrics with a deep understanding of the SASB, GRESB, GRI, WEF and other standards.
Firms in asset intensive sectors are committing to ESG targets and climate action goals given the materiality of their environmental and social footprints. However, achieving these goals will necessitate a hard look into their value chain to assess Energy Transition and bolder business transformation options.
Our view of Energy Transition goes beyond just technology implementation and electrification ideas. We also work with clients to mitigate long term asset risks, build decision making capabilities and organizational skills to help them close the gaps between long-term aspirations and performance.
Energy producers continue to assess the economics of decarbonization technologies. The urgency for climate action has heightened interests in the economic viability of new technologies including green Hydrogen and it logistical challenges. The demand sector have other options to consider including fuel cells, batteries, bunkering fuel substitutes, to name a few.
New technology uncertainties, current high costs, extended timelines for commercial maturity - For suppliers and users of energy, technology investment risks are greater today. We work with clients to evaluate options for strategic investments and help them understand costs of inaction, how to manage risk, structure pilots and build demand-supply ecosystems to execute today.
ESG and Energy Transition will drive investments, divestitures and surface new opportunities for energy suppliers and users in the industrial, infrastructure and mobility sectors. Demand for minerals that enable energy transition is also accelerating clean-tech mining. As a result, new project investments, many with sustainability-based practices will increase.
The complexity of large scale projects, need for fit-for-purpose and sustainability-driven designs combined with the risk of delays and cost-overruns makes project execution a challenge. We bring our mega-project development experience from inception, FIDs to operations and in capital optimization programs to help design and implement projects for clients.
